The free training is, and will always be, free. If you choose to enroll in a paid program, payment terms, refund policy, and any guarantees specific to that program will be disclosed clearly before purchase. Free content carries no refund obligation.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
